If you have received a different article than the one you ordered, please contact us before making the return.

Contact us here (Order issues >> I received the wrong article), and attach the following photos:

  • a photo of the article received
  • a photo of the label where the barcode appears.

We will look at what has gone wrong in the process and how to fix this issue as soon as possible.
